Return Process
We understand that returns may sometimes be necessary. Eligible returns will be issued as store credit only; no cash or card refunds will be provided.
We accept returns on A-grade materials that are unused and in their original condition, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All non-A-grade materials such as low grade, 2nd choice & B-grade are final sale items, not eligible for return, refund or store credit.
